Proluxe P733/753/749 Transport Canada approval

This is a useful selection of solas approved recue tenders in the 7m size range. Owners have a choice of a GRP hulled inboard diesel waterjet/sterndrive (P733); an outboard powered GRP version (P753) or an aluminium hulled inboard diesel waterjet/sterndrive (P749). Each one of them are proven platforms in their own right with many examples in service around the world.

The P733 is a legendary hull and the 753 is an evolution of it that caters specifically for larger and heavier 4 stroke outboards. For intense use, the aluminium hulled 749 provides rugged service for exploration yachts venturing out in the ice packs. Each hull offers outstanding sea-keeping qualities that will make short work of operations in rough seas.

The deep v hulls cut though waves and the inflatable collar deflects spray and ensures a soft landing if the boat gets a little airborne. All models have a removable inflatable collar fitted with a 12v auto-inflate topping up system to keep the correct pressure in the tubes. Lifting arrangements vary from yacht to yacht but there are various configurations that can work for even the most challenging situations. There is host of boarding accessories available as options; from ladders that can access the beach to swim grids to boarding assist poles that help passengers getting in and out.
