Using Bostik 2402

  1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil and grease. Abrade with emery paper and clean with Bostik M501.
  2. Mix 2402 thoroughly (for about 5 minutes) with Bostikure D in the proportions supplied (approx. 17 parts 2402 to 1 part Bostikure D by weight).
  3. Apply evenly to both surfaces.
  4. Allow to dry until tack-free to touch by knuckles (approx. 5-15 mins.)
  5. Join the surfaces, taking care not to trap air and using as much pressure as possible. Components may be handled within minutes.

Note : For superior adhesion apply two thin coats to each surface, allowing 20-30 minutes between coats. Then proceed to step 4.
