Tfx Marine's
Side Mount Engine Controls are suitable for use with inboards, outboards or sterndrives.
They use
standard Miracable / 33c Type control cables. The Single Lever controls both throttle
& gear change functions.
Two Lever options are available - the sure-grip
powerboat lever and a rounded knob model for sailboats, designed not to snag ropes,
clothing etc. All
controls are supplied complete including mechanisms
• The Positive detent
feature for gear change ensures secure gear selection.
• All are suitable
for either single or dual station installations. A
model with powerboat lever and integral power trim switch is available to order.

Used
for engine choke or fuel shut off, these stop cables are supplied in three standard
lengths and can be cut to suit any installation.
Dual Station Units are required in boats with a secondary helm on the flybridge.
Movement of gear cables from either helm position is transferred to a single cable
which changes gear on the engine. Our D.S. unit includes a throttle kit to connect
throttle cables from both helm positions directly to the engine.
