| Zodiac
was established in 1896, originally to produce hot air balloons and airships.
The guiding principles upon which the company was founded - a pioneering spirit,
a willingness to innovate and mastery of technology - produced an inflatable boat
in 1934. This invention immediately revolutionised small craft in military circles
and by the 1950s was turning the world of watersports on its head. Today, a century
after the company started, Zodiac is by far the world's largest producer of inflatable
boats. The name Zodiac is a generic term for inflatable boats in many parts of
the world, and Zodiac continues to be the world's innovator in inflatable boat
design and manufacture. Click here for parts diagrams for the Zodiac range |
