Zodiac Ribs to the Department of
The Grand Raid is the classic Zodiac work boat and is in service throughout the world in thousands of commercial, diving and rescue applications. Standard specification on Grand Raid boats includes seat patches on the tops of the tubes, aluminium floorboards, and Zodiac's heavy duty interconnecting valves which allow the inflation of the entire boat through 1 valve if required. These valves also incorporate an over-pressure relief feature as standard. The Grand Raids supplied to the Department of Defence also included the addition of 4 storage pockets in each boat and the boats were powered by 40 HP Yamaha 2 Stroke outboards.
