Tfx Marine's Compac-T, Safe-T QC and Safe-T II NFB steering systems are all available in kit form. Everything needed to upgrade or replace an existing system is included, and conveniently packaged for display. The Kit consists of (1) Helm (2) 90Deg. Bezel Kit & (3) Steering Cable. We also include the Stealth plastic steering wheel in both Compac-T and Safe-T QC Kits. All that is required to complete the installation is a steering connection kit, either link arm, splashwell kit or transom mounting bracket
The SSC72 Steering Cable is designed to fit Tfx Marine's old type Safe-T (TS) helm as well as their Big-T heavy duty helm. They also fit Ultraflex T71/T72/T73/T74 helms without requiring any adapter. They can also be used to fit Morse D290 helms using adapter
